Last Saturday, July 25, 2026, the 𝘓𝘪𝘭𝘰𝘢𝘯 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘧𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘙𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘦, together with the Specialized Working Group, successfully conducted a Child Nutrition Program for Primary children ages 0 to 5 years old. The activity was held under the direction of President Pua, supervised by President Bautista, and with the support of our Area Welfare and Self Reliance Manager, Sister Ayo Abanggan.
We are deeply grateful that this event being headed by Dr. Lehi Surio representative from the local RHU for generously sharing his time and expertise by providing health and nutrition consultations for the children. Through these consultations, parents were able to better understand the nutritional needs of their children and receive practical guidance to help them grow healthy and strong.
Our sincere thanks also go to the Relief Society sisters who lovingly prepared nutritious meals, the Primary leaders who cared for and assisted the children throughout the program, and all the volunteers whose service made this activity a success.
The program was attended by a total of 135 participants, including children, parents, leaders, and volunteers. It was inspiring to see families come together with a shared desire to care for the health and well being of their little ones.
President Russell M. Nelson taught, “The home is the center of faith and worship.” As parents learn how to better care for their children's physical needs, they also strengthen their homes and create an environment where their children can grow in faith, love, and happiness.
We are grateful for everyone who supported this meaningful effort. By working together and serving with love, we continue to strengthen families and bless the lives of God's children, one child at a time.
