July 1, 2012 is a very special day for us here in Don Bosco Boys' Home, Liloan. We were blessed with the presences of Archbishop Jose Palma DD, Bishop Boy Bataclan DD and Fr. Archbishop Jose Palma established the new Parish of St. John Bosco and installed Fr. Jhun Paradiang as the First Parish Priest of the new parish. Bishop Bataclan gave the homily giving Fr. Jhun nuggets of wisdom as a new Past

or. Archbishop Palma presented Fr. Jhun his associates in the new Parish in persons of the members of the Salesian Community of Don Bosco Boys' Home - Fr. Arvin, Bro. Mari and Bro. Keith. He was then also presented the members of the WESTY or Pastoral Council t help him in the different ministries. We were also blessed with the presence of numerous benefactors especial "Dodong Gamay" Frasco and family who donated the site for the new parish church. The different chapels also sent their representatives for the said affair. God is good all the time...
