Keep going. Just don’t stop. Even when you’re tired, even when things don’t happen the way you prayed for, and even when the road ahead seems uncertain—keep walking with faith.

Mama Mary knew what it meant to trust God without knowing everything that would happen next. Her YES was not only for the easy moments; she remained faithful all the way to the Cross.

So today, ask her to walk with you. One prayer. One step. One day at a time. You may be tired, but God is still working. You may not see the answer yet, but He has not abandoned you.

Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep serving. Keep going. Just don’t stop.

Mama Mary, hold our hands and lead us always to Jesus.

Mary, Queen of Peace, Our Gospa, pray for us!

Impart to your servants, we pray, O Lord, the gift of heavenly grace, that the feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin may bring deeper peace to those for whom the birth of her Son was the dawning of salvation. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

FROM BARILI TO THE WORLD | Cecilia Carampatana, 94 years old, of Alquizola Street, Barangay Maghanoy, Barili, Cebu, is a devout Salesian Cooperator who, in the early '90s to 2000s and beyond, tirelessly gave her time and service as Catichest in Lourdes Parish, then assisted in the formation of Salesian Cooperator aspirants at Don Bosco Technical College – Cebu.

Fondly known to many as Nanay Celia, she continues to faithfully fulfill her vocation by offering her prayers for the members of the Association not just for the centers of Cebu but throughout the Philippines – South Province (FIS), and the world.

Even at 94, Nanay Celia remains a beautiful witness to the Salesian spirit, a life generously offered through prayer, faith, and love for the Association.

Salamat, Nanay Celia, for your faith, wisdom, presence, and prayers. Your continuing witness reminds us that the PROMISE to the Association is not simply something we make but something we live each day.

May God continue to bless you and strengthen you. See you soon in Cebu City!

On August 16, 2026, Salesian Cooperators from Cebu and Negros gathered at dawn to celebrate Don Bosco's birthday not with words, but with their hands in the earth. Planting cacao seedlings and mangroves became a concrete act of faith and responsibility toward creation. What began as a gift to Don Bosco became a gift to Mother Earth, a living reminder that the Salesian spirit is expressed not only through service, but through joy, friendship, and community.
