Happy Fatherโs Day! ๐
Today, we celebrate the men who faithfully serve as fathers, grandfathers, mentors, and role models in our families and in our church.
Fathers are often the quiet pillars of the homeโworking hard, making sacrifices, offering wisdom, and providing strength when it is needed most. Their love, guidance, and steadfast faith leave a lasting impact on the lives of their children and those around them.
This Sunday, we were blessed to witness a beautiful moment as children shared heartfelt messages of love, gratitude, and appreciation for their fathers. In return, fathers also shared words from their hearts, creating a meaningful exchange that reminded us of the precious gift of family and the importance of expressing our love while we have the opportunity.
As we honor our earthly fathers, we are reminded of our Heavenly Father - the greatest Father of all. His love is unfailing, His grace is abundant, and His faithfulness endures forever. Every good father reflects, in some way, the perfect love and care that God has for His children.
To all the fathers and father figures in our ALC family: thank you for your leadership, your sacrifices, your prayers, and your example of faith.
May the Lord continue to strengthen you, bless your families, and guide you as you walk with Him.
