All of creation gives glory to God simply by existing, revealing its Creator, yet the Solemnity of the Epiphany marks the unique moment when God used a star to manifest His eternal glory to the world. By guiding the Magi to the newborn King, creation itself proclaimed Christ’s kingship, divinity, and saving mission, symbolized by the gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Epiphany, meaning “manifestation,” invites us not only to remember this historical event but to recognize Christ’s ongoing revelation in our own hearts, calling us to seek Him with the same determination as the Magi and to respond with faith, worship, and the offering of our very lives to His glory.

Christmas Day is among the most celebrated feasts in the world, marking the birth of Jesus Christ, the Savior of the World, who entered human history over 2,000 years ago in the humble town of Bethlehem. Though His Incarnation began at the Annunciation, it was on that holy night that God chose poverty, obedience, and simplicity: born far from home, subject to earthly rulers, laid in a place where animals dwelt, and first adored not by kings but by poor shepherds, revealing both His profound humility and the equal dignity of all people. Fulfilled in ancient prophecy and celebrated by the Church on December 25 for rich theological and symbolic reasons, Christmas draws believers into an octave of grace that transcends historical dating, inviting them to pause the busyness of life and contemplate the mystery of God-made-man. More than a single day, Christmas calls Christians to sustained faith, gratitude, and worship, allowing the Light of Christ to pe*****te the darkness of the world and of every human heart.
