When faith communities come together, lives are lifted 💛

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations...” — Matthew 28:19

The Ligao 1st Branch youth recently participated in a Mini Missionary Training Camp, where they had the opportunity to experience missionary life through teaching simulations, role-playing activities, and inspiring workshops.

As the youth stepped into the shoes of full-time missionaries, they learned how to teach with faith, listen with love, and rely on the Spirit when sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Mini MTC was a meaningful reminder that missionary preparation begins today. As the youth continue to learn, grow, and strengthen their testimonies, may they move forward with faith, knowing that the Lord can use willing hearts to bless the lives of others.

Strengthened by faith, united in purpose 🤍
This reminded us that we are never alone in our journey. Through every testimony shared, every laugh around the fire, and every quiet moment of prayer, we felt the Savior’s love guiding us.

This camp wasn’t just about activities or fun—it was about discovering who we are as children of God. We learned to trust Him more, to serve one another better, and to strengthen our testimonies through both challenges and joy.
We return home changed, carrying light, love, and a renewed commitment to follow Jesus Christ.

We came as individuals, but we leave as a stronger, more faithful family—ready to stand as witnesses of God at all times and in all things. 🌿✨

Love rooted in faith, patience, and commitment becomes even more meaningful when two people choose to build their future with God at the center.

On May 20, 2026, Brother Jun Rey Montilla and Sister Ashley Pilla-Montilla were married at the Alabang Temple, beginning a new chapter founded on love, trust, and shared devotion.

Despite challenges and uncertainties along the way, they continued forward with hope, prayer, and faith in God’s timing. Their story reminds us that beautiful things come to those who patiently trust the process and hold on to what truly matters.

From prayers and challenges to growth and answered hopes, their journey is a reminder that genuine love grows stronger when centered on trust, commitment, and God.

With grateful hearts and faith in the Lord’s divine guidance, we joyfully sustain the new Branch Presidency of the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints – Ligao 1st Branch.

President: Menandro R. Rabe
1st Counselor: Berkley M. Merced
2nd Counselor: Cliff Jeronimo R. Carillo

As they accept this sacred calling to serve, lead, and minister with Christlike love, may we continue to support them through our prayers, faith, and unity as a branch family. We know that the Lord calls humble servants to accomplish His work, and through Him, they will be strengthened to guide His flock with wisdom, compassion, and devotion.

“And now, behold, I say unto you, that the thing which will be of the most worth unto you will be to declare repentance unto this people.” — Doctrine and Covenants 15:6

May we all continue to walk together in discipleship, centered on our Savior Jesus Christ. 🤍

The Savior loves all of us and is tenderly calling for you and for me to come home." 🏛️✨

If you are fighting a quiet battle or feeling distant lately, remember that the Savior’s love is constant. He is always reaching out to you. You are never too far gone to find peace in Him.

Sometimes we may feel distant from God because of mistakes, struggles, or life’s challenges.

But no matter how far we feel, the Savior never stops reaching out to us with love. It is never too late to come closer to the Savior.

Family Home Evening reminds us of the divine role of families in Heavenly Father’s plan. As families gather together in faith and love, many share how the gospel of Jesus Christ has strengthened their homes, brought comfort during difficult times, and helped them become more united with one another. Through prayer, scripture study, and sincere conversations centred on Christ, families feel peace and joy within their homes.

As Elder Baluyot and Elder Galima testify:

"We testify that family really can be together someday. We testify that family is the main central point of God’s redeeming plan for us. We stand witness that because of the spiritual influence of family, it changes our eternal perspective to life & and challenges. We testify as we center our daily lives in Jesus Christ, We will be blessed Temporally and Spiritually and whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, which is right, believing that ye shall receive, behold it shall be given unto you.

We testify that Heavenly Father loves each and every one of us because He is our literal Godly Father, and we are His spirit children. We stand witness that we will inherit the mansions of our Heavenly Father someday if we will in His Covenant path, and We Stand Witness that whatsoever we shall seal on earth shall be sealed in heaven. In the name of our Saviour and Master, even Jesus Christ, Amen."

Their testimony reminds us that families are eternal and that the Saviour must remain at the center of our homes. As we continue to strengthen our families through faith, love, and obedience to the gospel of Jesus Christ, our homes can become places of refuge, peace, and spiritual strength. May we continue to walk together on the right path and cherish the sacred blessing of family.
