“God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be greatly encouraged.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭6‬:‭18‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Our hope is sure and strong because it relies on God and His promises. In the midst of all our waiting and the challenges we face, we can easily feel weak and start to have doubts.

May God enable us to hold on to His confirmed promises, to wait in perseverance, and to stay in the strong hope strengthened by His word.

As we walk in this broken world, may we be encouragers of one another to see Christ with the eyes of our hearts. For Christ is with us, His promises are true. and He is able to accomplish what we could never do.

In Genesis 11:1-9, we saw how people started to disregard God and began exalting themselves and in the end miss God’s help.

May we acknowledge God in all the gifts He has given us. May we not be blind to see that there is no real security apart from Him. May we trust and obey His commands. May our hearts yearn to praise and glorify Him alone.

True rest is found in Christ alone whose leadership is gentle and humble. What a privilege it is for sinners like you and me to be invited by a Holy God to come to Him and rest in Him. May we respond to His invitation trusting that He will fulfill every promise in His best way, at His best time.
