With profound sadness, the entire Diocese of Libmanan announces the demise of our beloved priest, +REV. FR. MELECIO ANTONIO LATOSA FELIX. He joined our Creator to eternal life this Easter Sunday, April 20, 2025. He was ordained priest on the 15th day May 1983 and served in the ministry of priesthood for 41 years. Rest in Peace Fr. Tony!
