August 22|| QUEENSHIP OF MARY AND THE TRADITIONAL FEAST OF THE IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY

As we celebrate today, August 22, the Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the current Roman Calendar, we also commemorate the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary according to the Traditional Roman Calendar.
On this blessed occasion, all members of the Universal Living Rosary Association of St. Philomena (ULRA) may obtain a Plenary Indulgence, under the usual conditions established by the Church:

• Sacramental Confession
• Reception of Holy Communion
• Prayer for the intentions for the Pope
• Being free from attachment to sin, even venial sin
• Performing the prescribed indulgenced work, which for ULRA members includes praying their assigned decade of the Holy Rosary

Those who are newly enrolled in the ULRA and begin praying their assigned decade today may likewise obtain the Plenary Indulgence, provided that they fulfill all the usual conditions.
May the Immaculate Heart of Mary lead us ever closer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and may our daily Rosary be a faithful offering for the salvation of souls.

After five years, the ULRA-Libmanan has once again begun our ULRA Sunday Mission! 🩷⚓️

This Sunday, August 16, 2026, we were blessed to introduce the Universal Living Rosary Association of St. Philomena (ULRA) to the parishioners of Saint Anthony of Padua Parish, Mambulo Nuevo Libmanan, Camarines Sur.

We sincerely thank our beloved Parish Priest,
Rev. Fr. Ferdinand C. Navera, for his warm support and for graciously allowing us to conduct our ULRA membership campaign in the parish. May God reward you abundantly for your generosity and support of this apostolate.

Through the ULRA, we unite souls in prayer through the Living Rosary, bringing families and communities closer to Jesus through Mary.

August 15 || SOLEMNITY OF THE ASSUMPTION OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY

As we celebrate the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, all members of the Universal Living Rosary Association (ULRA) may obtain a Plenary Indulgence under the usual conditions.

Those who are newly enrolled and begin praying their assigned decade today may likewise obtain this Plenary Indulgence.

The Universal Living Rosary Association is more than an organization that distributes free rosaries, Miraculous Medals, prayer cards, and other sacramentals. It is a spiritual association that enriches its members with the abundant spiritual treasures of the Church, fostering a deeper life of prayer and union with Christ through the Blessed Virgin Mary.

With joyful hearts, we greet everyone a blessed and grace-filled Feast of St. Philomena, Virgin and Martyr!

After the solemn procession of our beloved St. Philomen, we give thanks to God for the gift of her powerful witness of faith, purity, courage, and fidelity to Christ.

In these photos are the promoters of ULRA Bicol- Libmanan gathered after the procession. The 4 ft. image of St. Philomena is under the care of our promoter, Joseph.

May St. Philomena intercede for all of us, especially for our families, our parish community, and all members and promoters of the ULRA Libmanan Mission.

Today we celebrate the memorial of St. John Marie Vianney, priest , the humble Curé of Ars whose love for St. Philomena became an inspiration to countless faithful. It was Blessed Pauline-Marie Jaricot , foundress of the Universal Living Rosary Association, who introduced him to the young martyr and gave him a first-class relic (bone fragment) of St. Philomena.

From then on, St. John Marie Vianney entrusted himself completely to her. Although thousands came to Ars seeking his prayers, he always encouraged them to turn to St. Philomena, believing that many of the healings, conversions, and graces they received came through her powerful intercession. His confidence in "his dear little saint" helped spread devotion to St. Philomena throughout France and eventually to the whole world.

O faithful Virgin and glorious Martyr, St. Philomena, have pity on me.

You know my heart, my struggles, and my deepest needs. Behold me at your feet, poor in spirit, full of weakness, yet filled with hope.

I humbly implore your loving intercession. O powerful wonder-worker, graciously hear my prayer and obtain for me from God a favorable answer to the petition I now place before you.
