LOVE PURIFIED BY TRIALS | On the 2nd Sunday of Lent, Bishop Raul Dael, in his homily, delivered a strong message on the importance of staying faithful and committed in marriage. He reminded the faithful that love is not proven in moments of comfort, but in seasons of trial—when grace sustains, purifies, and strengthens commitment.

He said, “The real test of love does not happen when everything is fine; it happens during the worst times in your marriage. It is when you are shaken by the difficulties and trials of life that love is purified and commitment is strengthened by the grace of God.”
