Another meaningful weekend for Couples For Christ Lian. The Pre-Cana Facilitators were able to attend their fourth session in Calaca Batangas, while three members attended the Counseling Facilitators' training in Lipa City. The CLP also successfully held its fourth talk where the very eloquent Brother Freddie Gonzales was the speaker on the topic "Loving God, Loving Your Neighbor". The members of the CFC-Lian music ministry, facilitators, Team Leaders and service team were in full support and happily joined.

CFC Lian's fervent service continues. As they participated in the second training session for pre-cana speakers training in Lemery Batangas. Meanwhile, the Christian Life Program talk number 3 "Repentance and Faith" was held where the very talented and enthusiastic Brother Jasper Desreza was the speaker. The service team is still intact under the leadership of Team Leaders Bro. Emer and sis. TessTanarte.

What a fruitful weekend for CFC Lian, On Saturday, three new couples attended the Pre-cana Facilitators' training with our old and excellent facilitators held in Balayan. Another couple attended the Marriage Enrichment Retreat 2 or MER 2 in Lipa.

Meanwhile, this Sunday, the Christian Life Program Talk No. 2 was held with the topic "Who is Jesus Christ?" where we deeply appreciate the brilliant speaker who delivered the talk, Brother Terry Castillo.

We sometimes think faith requires us to rise above our emotions and act only on belief. Other times, we let emotions take over, thinking they define us.

But emotions are neither our enemies nor our masters. They are God’s gift, shaping how we encounter Him. When rightly ordered, they help us rejoice in what is true, good, and pleasing in our Father’s eyes.

As we grow in faith, our emotions serve a greater purpose: deepening our response to God’s grace and helping us recognize the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives.
