Part Two
“ANG SELEBRASYON”

From solemn worship to a vibrant festival of praise, the joy of the harvest continued!

The second part of our 25th Anniversary, “Ang Selebrasyon,” brought our faith-filled Filipino Fiesta to life as different ministries showcased our rich culture through intermission Filipino Folk Dances:

✨ Kidzone Ministry charmed everyone with the playful steps of “Itik-itik”

✨ Youth & YP Ministry brought romance and grace with “Pantomina”

✨ GLOW Ministry beautifully lit up the sanctuary with “Pandanggo Sa Ilaw”

✨ Bravehearts Ministry brought high energy and rhythm with “Maglalatik”

The fellowship grew even livelier with our iconic fiesta games! Laughter filled the air during the hilarious “Pinoy Tongue Twister” challenge that left everyone twisting their words, followed by our own version of “Pera O Bayong.” The excitement went up another notch with the thrilling “Kudkudan Relay,” where our men fiercely competed to see who could grind coconut meat the fastest. Our children also joined the historic fun with traditional “Tiyakad” (stilt racing) and the highly anticipated “Pabitin” game.

No Filipino fiesta is complete without an overflowing feast! Aside from the delicious meals lovingly prepared by our GLOW moms, everyone beat the heat with a delightful dessert of traditional, sweet Sorbetes ice cream.

We wrapped up this unforgettable milestone with an exciting Raffle Draw and our unique “Gulayan Giveaways,” ensuring every family and member went home with smiles and a basket of fresh take-home vegetables—a literal symbol of God's abounding harvest in our lives.

Our hearts are full, our bellies are sated, and our church family is ready for the years to come! 🙌

Part One
“ANG PAGSAMBA AT PASASALAMAT”

Last July 5, we gathered for our 25th Anniversary Celebration, “Selebrasyon ng Biyaya.” Our church family filled the sanctuary dressed in vibrant, inspired Filipino attire, transforming the place into a beautiful, faith-filled Filipino Fiesta.

Traditionally, a Filipino fiesta is a cultural celebration of lively music, colorful decorations, and overflowing banquets, historically held to give thanks for a bountiful harvest and to honor community milestones. We took this beautiful tradition and elevated it into a grand spiritual homecoming—a profound celebration of God’s unmatched faithfulness, transforming a cultural feast into a modern altar of thanksgiving for 25 years of divine provision.

During the first part of our service, Ang Pagsamba, our Lead Senior Pastor Raul Chua led us in reflecting on our historic growth, assessing our current strength, and casting a bold vision for the years to come. We then moved into a deeply solemn time of prayer, worship singing and lifting our praises to the Lord for the unmerited favor that has sustained our community for a quarter-century.

The harvest of His love is plentiful, and we are ready for the next chapter of abounding in His grace! 🇵🇭

LWC Brothers Hit the Court! 🏀

Last night, our Bravehearts, Youth & YPs gathered at CAT College Campus in Brgy. Pigcale, Legazpi City, for an incredible night of hoops and heavy blessings.

We tipped off at 7:00 PM by centering our hearts in prayer, setting the tone for a night built on unity, sportsmanship, and fun. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Computer Arts and Technological College, Inc. for generously allowing us to use their wonderful court. A massive thank you as well to the professional referees from the Albay Sports Club (ASC) for keeping our friendly match safe, fair, and running smoothly!

Win or lose, the real victory was the bond we shared. We capped off the night the best way we know how—sharing laughs over bowls of warm “goto” during a meaningful time of connection at Biggs Diner Albay.

Yesterday, our church family had an absolute blast at our Church Family Pickleball Fellowship at Courtside Pickleball in Lower Bonga, Bacacay, Albay!

A huge thank you to Bro Albert & Sis Cindy Batiancela for hosting us in their wonderful venue, and to Bro Albert for coaching us on the courts! Beyond the games, we truly enjoyed the delicious food, shared laughs, and sweet fellowship. We ended the night with great memories and full hearts.
