We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Formation Speaker, Bro. John Roger R. Avila, for sharing his time, knowledge, and inspiring talk about the meaning of Lay Ministry.

Thank you for guiding us, the aspirants of the Ministry of Altar Servers, to better understand our role in serving with faith, humility, and dedication. Your words have encouraged us to grow not only in our service but also in our spiritual journey.

In the silence of the sanctuary, liturgical objects and sacred vessels reveal their deeper meaning—they are not mere items, but instruments of grace, reverence, and divine encounter.

Through formation, we learn not only their purpose, but the sacred responsibility entrusted to those who serve, especially altar servers, who are called to approach the altar with humility, devotion, and understanding.

We are grateful to have Sem. Gabriel Angelo Halili as our speaker, who guided us with wisdom and helped deepen our appreciation of this sacred ministry. 💗

April Formation | Altar Servers ⛪️

This month, we focus on discipline, responsibility, and growth in our service. As altar servers, we are called to serve with reverence, humility, and excellence—always giving our best for God and His Church.

We are grateful to have Rev. Fr. Rex Paul Arjona as our speaker, who guided us in deepening our faith and commitment.

Let us continue to grow not only in our duties, but also in our faith and character as one community. 🙏

MINISTRY OF ALTAR SERVERS RECRUITMENT. Iniimbitaran an mga aki asin jovenes, lalaki asin babae, sa satong parokya, na boot maglingkod bilang Altar Servers.

An qualifications: nag-ako na nin First Communion; regular na nagsisimba pag-Domingo; boot mag-agi nin formation activities asin magsabay sa mga prayer-meetings, asin iba pang aktibibad kan ministry.

Sa mga interesado, mag-attend kan Orientation Meeting, kaiba an mga magurang o guardians, sa maabot na Febrero 22, Domingo, ala-1 nin hapon sa Taysan Church.

Pwede na po magpalista sa saindong Barangay Commission on Worship Chair o sa Parish Office c/o Ate Ofel Maravilla, Chair kan Parish Commission on Worship.

The 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 ℴ𝒻 𝓉𝒽ℯ 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 (𝐌𝐎𝐀𝐒) at 𝐒𝐭. 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 was a grace-filled gathering marked by faith, unity, and a renewed dedication to our sacred calling. ✝️

The session began with a heartfelt prayer, where everyone lifted their intentions and centered their hearts in God’s presence. 📿

The talk, led by Rev. Fr. Rex Paul B. Arjona, focused on the 𝖥𝖮𝖴𝖱 𝖣𝖨𝖲𝖢𝖨𝖯𝖫𝖨𝖭𝖤𝖲 𝗈𝖿 𝖠𝖫𝖳𝖠𝖱 𝖲𝖤𝖱𝖵𝖤𝖱𝖲 guiding us to grow in knowledge, responsibility, and understanding of our important role in the church. Rev. Fr. Vicente Espenida Jr. also shared additional insights about the disciplines and discussed corrective measures a much-needed reminder to strengthen the unity and organization of MOAS.

Furthermore, Tita Ofel Maravilla emphasized the importance of attendance, explaining that consistent presence helps improve coordination, builds stronger commitment, and ensures that every altar server remains active and responsible in fulfilling their duties. 💕

This reminder encourages everyone to value time and service for the Lord and the community.😊

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘙𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘸𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘭𝘵𝘢𝘳 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝖡𝗋𝗀𝗒． 𝖳𝖺𝗒𝗌𝖺𝗇

Yesterday, we celebrate a very meaningful and spirit-filled moment for our beloved 𝘼𝙡𝙩𝙖𝙧 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨 of 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲. 𝐓𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐚𝐧 as they wholeheartedly renew their promise of service and commitment to the Lord.

This is more than just a ceremony it is a testament of faith and perseverance. Being an 𝘼𝙡𝙩𝙖𝙧 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨 is not only about assisting in the liturgy, but also about living a life of humility, discipline, and devotion.

Through the passing of time, our ministry has faced many challenges. We’ve seen brothers and sisters come and go, and yes, we have lost so many altar servers along the way. But today, we give our deepest salute to those who chose to remain, to stay faithful, and to keep the fire of service burning. You are the reason our ministry continues to stand strong. Truly, your “𝗬𝗘𝗦” to God is a light of hope and inspiration to us all.

And in this sacred moment, we believe that our 𝒫𝒶𝓉𝓇ℴ𝓃 𝒮𝒶𝒾𝓃𝓉 ℛℴ𝒸𝒽 , here in our parish in 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲. 𝐓𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐚𝐧 is smiling from heaven, rejoicing with pride and joy, because you have chosen once again to embrace your true calling and commitment to the altar. What a beautiful gift of love and faith!
