Rules & Guidelines

🕒 Visiting Hours

Regular Days: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
October 29–31: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
November 1: 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM
November 2: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM

🙏 Conduct

-Maintain respect and silence inside the cemetery.
-Loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are not allowed.
-Practice CLAYGO (Clean As You Go). Please take your trash with you or dispose of it properly.

🪦 Grave Maintenance

-Use WHITE paint only for all Niche, Ossuary, and Apartment units.

-Lapida Sizes:
Ossuary/Bones/Urn: 30 × 40
Apartment/Fresh Body: 40 × 50
Approved Lapida Design: Praying Hands with Cross and Rosary.

To all families and relatives of the deceased (APARTMENT 3 interred FEB 2014-FEB 2015) listed below:

Please be informed that niches are scheduled for exhumation in accordance with cemetery policies and records.

Families of the deceased whose niches are included in the exhumation are requested to coordinate with the cemetery admin as soon as possible to verify records and make the necessary arrangements for the transfer or disposition of the remains.

If no representative comes forward within the prescribed notice period, the cemetery admin will proceed with the exhumation in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

To all families and relatives of the deceased whose remains were exhumed last May 30, 2025 and remain unclaimed, please be informed that this serves as our final notice to claim the remains of your loved ones.

We respectfully request all concerned families and relatives to coordinate with the Cemetery Administration/ St. Raphael the Archangel Parish - Legazpi City and claim the remains on or before August 2026.

Please be advised that if the remains remain unclaimed after the said period, they will be transferred and permanently stored in the Common Ossuary in accordance with cemetery regulations.

This is a gentle reminder to renew your niche rental if it has already expired or is nearing its expiration date. We kindly ask you to visit St. Raphael the Archangel Parish - Legazpi City at your earliest convenience.

Furthermore, please be advised that niches that have reached ten (10) years of occupancy are now subject to exhumation (priority to be exhumed APARTMENT 3 interred Feb 2014-Feb 2015) in accordance with cemetery policies. Concerned families and authorized representatives are requested to coordinate and visit the Parish Office regarding the exhumation process and available options.

Please be informed that we will be conducting a mass exhumation whose lease periods have already expired; priorities to be exhumed are in the list below.

Families and relatives of the deceased whose remains are interred in the affected niches are requested to visit the parish office to arrange the transfer and other necessary procedures.
