🚨 FINAL ANNOUNCEMENT – UNCLAIMED EXHUMED APARTMENT NICHES 🚨
To all concerned families and relatives:
Last May 2025, a total of 97 apartment niches were exhumed at Legazpi Catholic Cemetery.
📌 Status Update:
• Total Exhumed Remains: 97
• Claimed Remains: 48
• Unclaimed Remains: 49
This serves as the FINAL CALL for the families, relatives, or authorized representatives of the 49 unclaimed remains to coordinate with the Legazpi Catholic Cemetery Office or the St. Raphael the Archangel Parish – Legazpi City Office and claim the remains of their loved ones.
Please be informed that if these remains remain unclaimed on or before August 31, 2026, they will be permanently transferred to and stored in the Common Ossuary, in accordance with cemetery policies and procedures.
We encourage the families of the remaining unclaimed remains (see attached list below) to visit the cemetery office as soon as possible for verification and processing.
