The Power of Resurrection 📖✨
We are so grateful to Pas. Cristina Marasigan for sharing a transformative message on how the resurrection of Jesus isn’t just a historical event—it is the very foundation of our life today.
We often talk about the things we enjoy, but do we truly understand why Jesus was resurrected?
• Before the resurrection, there was death and burial.
• But because of His grace, we don't have to "work" for our salvation.
• The Truth: Tayo na tumanggap kay Kristo, hindi na dapat nagpapatuloy sa kasalanan.
Here are the key takeaways from our study of Romans 6:1-11:
4 Pillars of the Resurrection
1. Validation of our Savior: It proves Jesus is the Savior of the world (1 Cor. 15:17). If He only died, our salvation would be incomplete. When we are buried with Him, our "old self" dies so we can live again!
2. A New Birth into Righteousness: None of us are self-righteous. We are made righteous only through Christ. Through Regeneration, binago ka na ni Kristo.
3. Empowerment for Christian Life: (Eph. 1:19-23). If you find yourself not enjoying church, it’s often because you’ve lost the joy of being in the Presence of the Lord. His resurrection gives us the power to live fully!
4. Security for our Future: (1 Cor. 6:14). Jesus is the firstborn raised from the death, securing our own future resurrection into eternal life. Naniniwala ka ba na binago ka na ni Kristo?
As we look to John 11:25-26, remember: Kaya ka nagtitiis, kaya ka nag-eenjoy dahil excited ka na makasama si Kristo.
