Lifting Jesus. Equipping the Saints. Reaching the World. In 1984, the founding minister saw a vision of a towering cross over the Philippine Islands.

From that time on, the church was birthed and named after its vision. The scriptures confirm the importance of the name when St. Paul declared, “We preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumbling block, and unto the Greeks foolishness”… again Paul says, “for I intend to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified.” (1 Cor. 1:23, 2:2)

Tower, on the other hand, means a place of

refuge and safety to all who run to or enter into it. Thus, the name Cross Tower means Christ is the place of refuge and safety.
