With grateful hearts, we honor and thank our 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧, 𝐑𝐞𝐯. 𝐅𝐫. 𝐀𝐥 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐁. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐨, 𝐑𝐂𝐉, for his years of dedicated service, spiritual guidance, and unwavering presence in the UPHSD community. The Prelim Examinations have officially begun, Perpetualites!

As we face this week of examinations, may we carry with us the preparation, hard work, and determination we have put into our studies. Every answer we give is a reflection of the effort we have made, so stay focused, remain confident, and give your best in every examination. 💪📖

In the midst of studying and answering, never forget to pause and pray. 🙏 Ask the Lord for wisdom to understand, strength to persevere, peace to remain calm, and guidance to do our best.

PRIEST DAY 2026 | August 4

The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA – Las Piñas Campus joins the Catholic community in celebrating Priest Day, honoring the priests who faithfully dedicate their lives to God and His people.

The celebration of the Holy Eucharist was presided over by Rev. Fr. Al John Provido, RCJ, Head of Religious Affairs and Campus Minister, and concelebrated by Rev. Fr. Peter Thien, RCJ, Associate Chaplain.

As a Perpetualite community, we give thanks for the presence and ministry of our priests, who play an important role in the spiritual life and formation of the University. Through the celebration of the Sacraments, guidance, prayer, and pastoral service, they help lead the Perpetualite community closer to Christ and encourage us to live out our commitment to faith, service, and excellence.

Their ministry reminds us that the mission of education extends beyond academic formation—it also calls us to become individuals guided by faith, compassion, integrity, and a genuine spirit of service to others.

On this special day, may we continue to pray for our priests and their sacred vocation. May the Lord strengthen them with wisdom, courage, and grace as they faithfully accompany and serve the Perpetualite community and the Church.
