Are you ready when the Lord calls? 🙏

Jesus reminds us to remain watchful, faithful, and spiritually prepared. Just as a lamp must keep burning to give light, our faith must remain alive through prayer, obedience, and a close relationship with God. 🪔❤️

In a world full of distractions and uncertainties, let us not allow our spiritual light to grow dim. Let us continue to seek the Lord, stand firm in His Word, and live each day ready for His coming. ✝️✨

🌿 Stay watchful.
🔥 Keep your faith burning.
🙏 Live ready for the Lord.

“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” — Proverbs 4:23

Our heart shapes our thoughts, choices, words, and actions. That is why we must be intentional about what we allow into it. Fill your heart with GOD’s Word, protect it from bitterness, and let His love guide you. 🙏🌿

🔥 THE SPIRIT GIVES LIFE

“The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you.” — Romans 8:11

The same Spirit who raised Christ from the dead lives within those who belong to Him. That means we never have to face life in our own strength. GOD gives us the power to rise, endure, and keep moving forward. 🙏❤️

When you feel weak, remember: His Spirit is alive in you.

🛡️ “IN THE SECRET PLACE, IN THE MIDST OF THE FIGHT — IN CHRIST ALONE”
📖 1 Samuel 17:1–58

We thank God for another powerful and meaningful Sunday with our Youth & Young Adults as we reflected on the story of David and Goliath.

The discussion reminded us that our greatest battles are not won by our own strength, abilities, or confidence, but by trusting in God and standing firm in Him. Before David faced Goliath publicly, his faith had already been shaped in the secret place—through his relationship with God and the battles he faced when no one was watching.

🛡️ In the secret place, God prepares us.
⚔️ In the midst of the fight, God strengthens us.
✝️ In Christ alone, we find our victory.

David did not focus on the size of Goliath; he focused on the greatness of his God. His confidence was not in himself, but in the Lord.

📖 Other Biblical Passages:
• 1 Samuel 17:45 – “You come against me with sword and spear... but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty.”
• Psalm 91:1–2 – Those who dwell in the secret place of the Most High find refuge in Him.
• Ephesians 6:10–11 – Be strong in the Lord and put on the full armor of God.
• Philippians 4:13 – “I can do all this through Him who gives me strength.”
• Zechariah 4:6 – “Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,” says the Lord.

May we learn to seek God in the secret place, trust Him in the middle of every battle, and remember that our identity, strength, and victory are found in Christ alone. 🙏🔥🛡️

🛡️ “IN THE SECRET PLACE, IN THE MIDST OF THE FIGHT — IN CHRIST ALONE”

This Sunday, we were reminded that every visible battle is connected to an unseen preparation. Before David faced Goliath in public, God had already been building his faith in the secret place. 🌿🙏

Sis. Aloha Cerro shared an encouraging message from the story of David and Goliath, reminding us that our strength in the midst of every fight is not found in ourselves, our abilities, or what we possess—it is found in God. ✝️

🌿 In the secret place — God develops our faith when no one is watching.
⚔️ In the midst of the fight — we can stand because God is with us.
✝️ In Christ alone — our confidence, strength, and hope are found.

David did not face Goliath because he believed he was strong enough. He faced him because he knew who his God was. His confidence was not in the size of his weapon, but in the greatness of the God he served.

The giants we face today may be fear, uncertainty, discouragement, struggles, or circumstances that seem impossible. But the same God who was faithful to David remains faithful to us. ❤️

“The battle is the LORD’s.”
— 1 Samuel 17:47

May we learn to seek God in the secret place, trust Him in the midst of the fight, and keep our eyes fixed on Christ alone. 🙌
