DON’T TOLERATE HYPOCRISY IN MINISTRY.

Hypocrisy has no place in ministry. When we serve, we are not called to perform, impress, or wear a mask—we are called to be real, to be honest, and to live what we preach. It’s easy to speak about love, humility, and sacrifice, but the real challenge is embodying those values even when no one is watching.

Ministry is not about perfection, but it is about integrity. People don’t need flawless leaders; they need authentic ones. When actions and words don’t align, it creates confusion and weakens the very message we are trying to share. Faith becomes more credible when it is lived sincerely, not just spoken beautifully.

Let us be mindful that our small choices reflect our deeper commitment. The way we treat others, the way we handle responsibilities, and the way we respond in difficult moments all speak louder than any sermon. Being genuine may be uncomfortable at times, but it is always more powerful than pretending.

Serve with a pure heart. Choose consistency over image. And remember—true ministry begins when who you are in private matches who you are in public.
