IDMC Manila Intentional Disciple-Making Church (IDMC) Conference organized by GCF South Metro, Philippines

01/07/2026

Looking back at IDMC Manila 2026 held last June 12, we are reminded of God’s call to rekindle our spiritual passion and pursue Jesus with a wholehearted devotion.

May the lessons we received continue to stir our hearts, renew our faith, and inspire us to keep following Christ with greater love and commitment.

Thank you, Pastor Edmund and Ann Chan, for leading us in this meaningful time of worship, reflection, and renewal.

Watch this video, share it with someone who needs this reminder, and stay tuned for the next IDMC Manila!

“Reviving spiritual passion is not about chasing signs, but about discerning God’s will and obeying it by the Spirit’s strength.” — Rev. Edmund Chan

A spiritually passionate life is not driven by extraordinary experiences, but by a heart that is surrendered to God's will. As we remain anchored in His Word and empowered by His Spirit, we learn to recognize His leading and faithfully obey.

As we close this day at IDMC Manila, may we leave with hearts that are sensitive to God's voice, grounded in His Word, and ready to follow wherever He leads. May we not simply seek experiences with God, but walk in daily obedience to His will.

“One of our greatest mistakes is to assume there will always be tomorrow... the only thing we have stewardship over is today. Live today intentionally.” — Rev. Edmund Chan

An intentional life begins with recognizing that time is a gift from God. We cannot control tomorrow, but we can faithfully steward today—paying attention to His assignments, aligning ourselves with His will, and making choices that honor Him.

Don't take today for granted. Ask God what He wants you to do with the time, opportunities, and responsibilities He has placed before you, and take one intentional step of obedience.

“An intentional life is a life that walks wisely, redeems the time, and seeks the will of God.” — Rev. Edmund Chan

A life well-lived does not happen by accident. Faithful stewardship begins with recognizing that our most precious resource is the life God has entrusted to us. To finish well, we must live intentionally—making every moment count for His purposes.

Take time today to reflect: Are you spending your life on what matters most to God? Ask Him to help you walk wisely, redeem the time, and faithfully steward all that He has entrusted to you.

“When God calls us to live out our faith, it is not only to test us but to refine us and produce goodness within us.” — Pastor Ann Chan

God often uses trials, pain, and difficult seasons not to break us, but to shape us. As we obey, trust, and persevere through life's challenges, He refines our character and prepares us for His purposes.

What has God placed in your hands today? Offer it to Him, and choose to live out your faith with obedience and perseverance.

“When you have God on your side, you can definitely be confident.” — Pastor Ann Chan

Our confidence is not rooted in our own strength, abilities, or circumstances. It rests in a God whose way is perfect, whose Word is proven, and who is a shield to those who trust in Him.

Whatever challenge you may be facing today, place your confidence in the God who cannot fail and will never fail you.

“We live in a world where people are constantly performing and presenting themselves... But there is a deeper question: will we stand firm when it matters most?” — Pastor Ann Chan

Faith is more than appearance or words. True spiritual passion is seen when our beliefs become convictions that shape how we live, especially when our faith is tested.

Take time today to ask: Am I simply professing my faith, or am I standing firm in it?

“Bring the hurt into God's presence and leave it there... release forgiveness.” — Pastor Ann Chan

Freedom begins when bitterness loses its hold. As we release forgiveness, we make room for God’s healing, peace, and restoration.

Bring your wounds before the Lord today, and take a step toward forgiveness and freedom.
