LCRC stands as Lapu-Lapu City Revival Center a United Pentecostal Church located in Northern part of Mactan Island Cebu specifically in 3rd flr. All A's Arcade Saac-Market, Buaya, Lapu-Lapu City 6015. It is officially under the banner of UPC Phils. since Dec. 15, 2013 but it was started last Nov. 17, 2013 as an Independent Oneness Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Lapu-Lapu City formerly known as Jesus Christ-Apostolic Christian and Tabernacle of Saints (JC-ACTS).

12 Mga magtutudlo na unta kamo karon kay dugay na kamo sa pagtuo. Apan hangtod karon kinahanglan pa gayod kamong tudloan sa unang mga pagtulon-an mahitungod sa pulong sa Dios. Sama gihapon kamo sa mga batang masuso nga nagakinahanglan pa ug gatas tungod kay dili pa kamo makakaon sa gahi nga mga pagkaon. 13 Ang mga nabuhi sa gatas mga batang masuso nga wala kahibalo kon unsa ang maayo ug daotan.
