**OFFICIAL CHURCH ANNOUNCEMENT**

As a church family, we mourn the loss of a faithful servant of God, Bishop Roseller Elviña. Yet, we are comforted by the blessed assurance that he has now entered into the presence of the Lord whom he faithfully served throughout his earthly journey.

Bishop Elviña faithfully dedicated his life to the service of our Lord Jesus Christ and His Church. Through his unwavering commitment, godly leadership, fervent prayers, and faithful preaching of God's Word, he became a source of encouragement, wisdom, and spiritual guidance to many.

We extend our heartfelt sympathy and prayers to the family, loved ones, and all those whose lives were touched by Bishop Elviña's ministry. May the peace, comfort, and strength of God sustain us during this time of grief.

Let us remember and celebrate his legacy of faith, humility, dedication, and service. Though he has departed from this earthly life, his example and influence will continue to inspire future generations to remain faithful to God.
