The countdown begins! On December 13–14, 2025, the youth of the Vicariate of Nuestra Señora de Regla will gather at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Parish, Marigondon Covered Court for a weekend of faith, fellowship, and celebration. 🙌💙

In the spirit of unity and with a shared desire to continue our long-prepared celebration, Panagtagbo 2025 will now take place at the 𝓞𝓾𝓻 𝓛𝓪𝓭𝔂 𝓸𝓯 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓢𝓪𝓬𝓻𝓮𝓭 𝓗𝓮𝓪𝓻𝓽 𝓟𝓪𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓱, 𝓜𝓪𝓻𝓲𝓰𝓸𝓷𝓭𝓸𝓷 𝓒𝓸𝓿𝓮𝓻𝓮𝓭 𝓒𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓽 on December 13–14, 2025, still lovingly hosted by the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, Pajac.

This decision was embraced with full support by the Vicar Council and our host parish, guided by our Spiritual Director Rev. Fr. Richard Montecillo Rama of St.Augustine of Hippo Parish, Olango Island and Rev. Fr. B**g Caberte, MSC, Spiritual Director of of OLSHP-PYCC, and approved by Rev. Fr. George Alfonso, MSC, Parish Priest of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Parish Marigondon.

Following the unforeseen disruptions brought by Tropical Depression Wilma, an urgent meeting—hosted by SHJP-PYCC—helped ensure that the event continues smoothly and safely.

Maayong Buntag, Batan-on sa Bikaryato!
In his official statement, the Vicariate Youth Director, Rev. Fr. Richard Rama, addresses the concern of the postponement of the annual celebrations of the Panagtagbo 2025.
In the advent of the upcoming Tropical Depression "Wilma", we not only prepare ourselves for its intensity but we also need to be aware of the postponement of the Panagtagbo 2025 as the provice of Cebu is directly under its path. Thus, the Vicariate Youth Coordinating Council, together with its Youth director has made the tough decision of postponing the annual celebration untilfurther notice.

We continue to ensure the safety and wellfare of our delegates in these times. We hope and pray for the safety and security of all our Youth in the Vicariate!

Together let us rise from the calamities as one Vicariate of Nuestra Señora De Regla!
