First of all we go to church to worship God. God, and only God, is worthy of our praise and honour. He is our Creator and he has commanded us to worship him.

I want to encourage a generation today to remember that there is purpose in your pain and with every crushing you endure comes fresh oil and impartation to release to others that will make the devil regret he ever messed with you and your family.

The fact that you are still standing and refuse to quit makes you a threat to the kingdom of darkness. Your refusal to curse God in the midst of your fiery trial causes Satan to rage. Every time you open up your mouth and proclaim the goodness of God, the devil flees in the other direction.

You are mighty and powerful in Jesus. You are a lion and lioness ready to roar and shut down the works of the devil. Everything you have been through up to this point has not been in vain.
You are ready to lay hands on others and release grace to walk in supernatural power and authority. If God be for you, who can be against you?

You have been pressed but not crushed, persecuted but not abandoned by God. Struck down but not destroyed. Your momentary afflictions are storing up for you a weight of eternal glory.

The leaders and saints around you are ready for you to emerge victorious. They need you to roar and soar. You hold keys to the breakthrough they seek. Keep trusting. Keep believing. And above all else- just keep fighting!

Makita nimo sa personal ang mga Pastor
moabot usahay ang mga Ups and Downs, usahay naa sa sad situation, usahay naa pod sa happy situation.
Tinuod naay mga weaknesses ang matag Pastor,
Usa sa dakong kalipayan sa Pastor is kanang makita niya nga me grow ang iyang mga member, healthy sa Spiritual and physical nag pagamit sa ministry.

Ang usa usab nga makapaguol sa Pastor, kanang makita niya nga naay uban mga member nga nalayo sa Ginoo, bation sa usa ka pastor ang Kamingaw, walay laing mahimo kondili magpaluyo sa mga pag ampo nga maka bangon ug makapadayon sila.

Malipay usab ang Pastor sa mga leaders niya nga walay pagbagol bol nga mibuhat sa ilang katongdanan ingon nga katabang sa Iglesia.

Apan mas double ang sakit nga bation sa Pastor kong ang usa sa mga leaders niya or members mo counter attack na abi kay daghan nag nakat-onan, magsugod nag spread sa mga bad news nga iyang nabantayan sa Pastor, ug moabot sa punto nga maka cause ug bahin sa mga members o maka cause ug division sa relationship sa Pastor ug sa member. Naa nay A ug B sa Church.

Mipadayon man ug simba ang SIDE B but samdam na sa imotional.
Kong mowali na ang pastor dili na kaayo mo absorb ang message kay naa nay something nga naa sa iyang hunahuna.

Dili sayon bation sa usa ka Pastor nga ang iyang gi desciple sauna, gi pray, gi agak, gi adjust lang sa pastor ang weaknesses and failure sa iyang ge mentor para mo grow ug magamit, but suddenly miabot ang time nga gamay nalang ug nahibilin nga allowance sa grace and love sa iyang Pastor.

Mahimo ng tandogon, secretog labok secretog bunal. Ulahi na maka balita si Pastor. Mo explain unta si Pastor pero wala na kay affected na.

But ang Pastor igo nalang mag ampo nga e bless bisan nasakitan sa nahitabo.

But Remember Miriam in Numbers chap. 12

Miriam and Aaron to have sinned in speaking against Moses, and the punishment was for Miriam to suffer skin diseases and Aaron and Moses to watch their sister suffer. When we sin, there are consequences, whether we want to acknowledge them or not.

1 Thessalonians 5:12
Now we ask you, our friends, to remember how valuable your leaders are. They work among you and they *look after you. They teach you how you should live as the Lord’s people. They tell you when you do wrong things.

Hebrews 13: 17-18
17 Obey your leaders. Do what they tell you. They continue to watch over your lives on God’s behalf. And they will have to explain to God how they have done that work. So, if you obey them, they will be happy with their work. Do not make them sad, because that would not help you.

18 Pray for us. We are completely sure that we have done nothing wrong. We always want to do only what is right.
