May we not live only for ourselves, but live with hearts that are willing to serve, care, and uplift others.

As Jesus reminds us, "Go and do the same.”

‎With deep sorrow, yet with steadfast faith in the Lord, we the FreeGen Family share that our beloved Bishop Tatay Herley Montes has peacefully gone home to be with the Lord.
‎
‎He now rests in the presence of Jesus free from pain, embraced by eternal peace and everlasting joy.
‎
‎Tatay Herley was not only our bishop, but our mentor, our spiritual father, our “Tatay.” Through his life, he built a legacy that goes far beyond titles a legacy of transformed lives, restored hearts, and a generation anchored in Christ. He raised leaders, nurtured families, and shaped FreeGen into a community grounded in faith, humility, and love for God.

‎We honor and thank you, Tatay, for every prayer you lifted over us, for every word that guided us, and for every sacrifice you made so that we could grow in our walk with the Lord. Your life was a living testimony of servant leadership, and your impact will continue through every life you have touched.
‎
‎As your FreeGen Family, we carry your heart, your teachings, and your mission. We will continue what you have started, holding on to the faith you so faithfully instilled in us.

‎This May, let’s live it out not just in words, but in action, by showing kindness, extending invitations, and creating space for others to encounter Jesus. Someone around you may be waiting for that simple step of faith, that moment of courage, or that genuine connection.
