A leader doesn't just talk but listens.
A leader doesn't put blame on others but takes responsibility.
A leader doesn't give discouragements but encourages.
A leader does not just know how to lead but also knows how to follow.
A leader is not selfish but selfless.
A leaders don't say "I" but "we".
Because a leader does not just ask but acts.

All these characters are found in a servant's heart. That's why God desires for us to have servant's heart. He wants us to serve one another with love and joy. Develop these things in you so that God may bless you in everything that you do. And God will assign you on things which far exceeds your expectation. So remain humble, have a servant's heart.

42 Jesus called them together and said, “You know that those who are regarded as rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. 43 Not so with you. It is Christ who is to be exalted, not our feelings. We will know Him by obedience, not by emotions. Our love will be shown by obedience, not by how good we feel about God at a given moment. “And love means following the commands of God.” “Do you love Me?” Jesus asked Peter. “Feed My lambs.”(John 21). He was not asking, “How do you feel about Me?” for love is not a feeling. He was asking for action.
