Psalm 121:1–2
"I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth"

This powerful verse reminds us that our help and strength come from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. It emphasizes trust in God's sovereignty and provision, reassuring us that our ultimate help and support come from Him. It's a declaration of faith and dependence on God's power and care.

Last night, at 10 PM sharp, we experienced a devastating earthquake. Many of us panicked, trembled with fear, and clung to our loved ones. However, in the midst of chaos and uncertainty, Psalm 121:1-2 stood as a light of hope. When troubles come, it teaches us to call on the Lord, to ask for His help whenever disaster strikes. In the face of troubles, we can find comfort in God's constant presence and guidance.

As we reflect on this experience, let us hold onto the promise that God is our ever-present help, and His love and care will guide us through life's challenges.

"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." — 1 Peter 5:7

This verse reminds us that God doesn’t want us to carry the burden of worry on our own. Life can feel heavy, but He invites us to bring every fear, concern, and uncertainty to Him. His love is personal and constant. He cares deeply for us in every detail. When we place our trust in Him, He gives us peace that lifts the weight of anxiety from our hearts. God bless us all!

Isaiah 43:2
[2] When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through fire, you will not be scorched, Nor will the flame burn you.

This verse reminds us about God's unfailing presence and protection during severe adversities in life. The Lord has promised to never leave or forsake us, no matter how often life throws a curveball at us. We, as God's people, will face difficult trials in life. But the beauty of it, is that we have God on our side fighting for us. We have been bought with a price (the blood of Jesus), we belonged to the Father, and His favour is upon all his children. He has promised to cover us and protect us with his perfect peace when our hearts rest in him. God has assured us that His promises of protection are available for those who trust in His name. God bless us all!

When we pray in Jesus’ name, He hears us, for He is the all-knowing God who sees beyond our words and into our hearts. Yet often, we ask with doubt clouding our faith, forgetting that belief must walk hand in hand with prayer. Still, not every request will be granted, for His wisdom exceeds our own, and what feels like silence is not rejection but redirection—a gentle turning of our steps toward a greater purpose. Trust that His plans, though hidden now, are far more beautiful than all we could imagine.

Hebrews 4:1
Therefore, while the promise of entering His rest still remains and is freely offered today, let us fear, in case any one of you may seem to come short of reaching it or think he has come too late.

This refers to God's promise of rest found in true faith and trust in Him. So instead of endless worries and stress, God wants us to experience true freedom and rest.

Usahay mag una atong kabalaka og kahadlok unya malimtan nalang nato nga ang Ginoo diay gidaog na niya ang tanan maong sa bisan unsa man atong buhaton dita mahadlok ni mabalaka kay ang Diyos nga mao si Cristo naga uban og nagabantay kanato sa adlaw og sa gabie wala ni pahuway ni nahikatulog maong wala tay angay ikabalaka og ika hadlok kay ang Ginoo naga uban kanato bisan pa sa atong pagkamakasasala siya naga uban maong mag lipay kita sa matag adlaw og dili magakaluya.

Pagpatalinghugi ako sa imong mahigugmaong pagkamatinumanon matag buntag, kay ako nagasalig kanimo. Itudlo kanako ang dalan nga akong pagalakton, kay ako nagatugyan sa akong kaugalingon kanimo.”

Bisan unsa pa ang nahitabo kagahapon, ang gugma sa Ginoo bag-o ug buhi sa matag adlaw. Kung magsugod ka sa imong adlaw uban sa pagdawat sa Iyang gugma, makahatag kini og kalinaw ug kusog. Ang Dios magapanalangin kanatong tanan mga igsoon ko diha ni Kristo!

“But Christ died for us while we were still sinners, and by this God showed how much he loves us.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭5‬:‭8‬ ‭ERV‬‬

This verse tells us that Jesus died for us even when we were still sinners. It means God’s love is not based on us being perfect, but on His kindness and mercy. His sacrifice proves that nothing we do can make Him stop loving us. However, this does not give us the reason to dwell in sin. As Christians, this reminds us to keep going, by His grace, even when we feel unworthy or guilty. If Christ loved us at our worst, we can trust that His love will never leave us at our best or our broken times. God bless you brothers and sisters in Christ!

It’s an invitation to live like Jesus: to see the hurting, to listen to the broken, and to extend the same grace and mercy we ourselves have received.

In wearing it, we carry a message of hope to those in pain, letting them know they are not forgotten and that God’s love reaches even the deepest wounds.
