The lot was purchased way back 1995. The continued effort in bringing more institute students to LPIR begun under Ruel C. Tabayocyoc, and even continues today with more offers to INSTITUTE STUDENTS. INSTITUTE DIRECTOR:

Due to the Memorandum Circular No. 131 issued by the Office of the President regarding the implementation of alternative work arrangements and learning continuity measures in Ilocos Norte due to the expected heavy rainfall, there will be NO Institute classes tomorrow, August 20, 2026 (Thursday).
