As we concluded the nine-day Novena last June 26, we came together in faith and joy for a solemn procession in honor of our dear Mother of Perpetual Help.

Devotees of Inay gathered as one family, carrying lighted candles as a sign of prayer, hope, and gratitude. With hymns in our hearts and her name on our lips, we walked together, entrusting our intentions to our loving Mother.

Mother of Perpetual Help, thank you for walking with us through nine nights of prayer. May you continue to be our refuge, our comfort, and our guide every day.

Today marks a momentous milestone as we celebrate the 300th Birth Anniversary of St. Gerard Majella, a day dedicated to honoring the extraordinary life of the "Mother’s Saint" and a beacon of humble service. We lift our hearts in prayer to commemorate three centuries of his spiritual legacy, seeking the same radical trust in God that defined his journey on earth. As we invoke his intercession today, we especially remember expectant mothers, families in need, and those facing silent burdens, asking for the grace to mirror Gerard's profound commitment to the sanctity of life and the will of the Divine. Let this tricentennial be a renewal of our own faith, as we carry the light of his miraculous charity into our modern world.

PANANGPASANGBAY KEN PANNAKAIYAWAT TI KRUS ITI AYG

The Redemptorist Youth Mission (RYM) Laoag are overwhelmed with joy as the AYG Cross has finally arrived in Laoag, a symbol of hope and inspiration of the youth accross Asia and Oceania. This sacred symbol of hope was welcomed with open hearts and enthroned at the Redemptorist Laoag, Mater Domini Apostolic Chapel, passed on to us by our ka-RYM from Lipa.

As we gather to celebrate this moment, we are called to reflect and intercede for the youth of today, facing unseen battles and seeking hope. We are reminded that we are all empowered by our Redeemer, sent on a mission to spread love, light, and joy.

The AYG Cross serves as a powerful reminder that the youth are the hope of the world. Let us strive to be good missionaries of hope, shining God's love in a world that desperately needs it. Let us prepare our hearts for the upcoming Alphonsian Youth Gathering, and may we continue to pray and be instruments of peace, love, and hope to all those we encounter.
