How to Spot a LEGIT Event Planner and Coor:
1. Make a random question about license application re: events
2. Ask anything about Church Preparation and requirements
3. Ask anything about suppliers. Costings, estimates, most recommemded etc.
4. Make on the spot question about program run.
5. Ask your suppliers who they recommend and of course, quality of work matters.

Do not settle for presentation and chika alone. Even salt looks like sugar!

If your planner or coordinator cannot answer basic questions or will say I will get back to you, I will update you or I am not sure... hmmmm perhaps you'd like to consider another option. 😉

Clients, if you are hiring ON THE DAY Coor service, it ONLY means the ff:
1. To appear only on the day of the event
2. To assist in the preparation
3. To assist in church ceremony and see to it that the procession,mass,recession and pictorials will have a smooth flow
4. To assist in the program run.

THE SERVICE has limits. If you require OTD COOR to do extra job, it is not for free. You better avail the FULL COOR If that would be the case. Let us not enslaved the Coor Team. 😊

It is important that the client's choice is our priority. However we, being so called experts in events must assist our clients with their choices.

We must not tolerate seeing our clients looking like clowns.

It will always reflect on everybody (suppliers) and that is a disaster.

First impression lasts.

Overdressed ends you up to be mistaken as one of the Entourage or Principal Sponsors in a wedding.

Worst case scenario: when one would actually take you as the hotel owner! 😁
