‎Kung tunay nating nauunawaan ang kaligtasang ipinagkaloob ng Diyos sa atin, hindi tayo mananatiling malamig sa ating pananampalataya, paglilingkod, at patotoo. Hindi natin ito ginagawa upang makamit ang kaligtasan, kundi dahil tayo ay iniligtas na sa pamamagitan ng Kanyang biyaya at tinawag upang mamuhay para sa Kanyang layunin. Kaya gamitin natin ang ating pananampalataya, mga kaloob, kakayahan, at patotoo hindi para sa ating sariling karangalan kundi para sa kaluwalhatian ng Diyos.

Mag-alab tayo sa Diyos dahil iniligtas Niya tayo, tinawag Niya tayo, at ang lahat ng ito ay ayon sa Kanyang biyaya at layunin.

‎King Sennacherib of Assyria sent a powerful army to conquer Jerusalem.

‎Hezekiah laid out the insulting letters from the Assyrian commanders before God in the temple and prayed for deliverance.

‎1. Take problems directly to God.
‎2. Make prayer your first response.
‎3. Focus on God’s glory over personal comfort.
‎4. Combine Faith with practical readiness.
‎5. Remember God’s past faithfulness.

‎Like King Hezekiah, we will face different kinds of crises—problems in our security, spiritual life, health, family, or future. 𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒅 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆, 𝒘𝒆 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒓𝒖𝒏 𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒚, 𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒄, 𝒐𝒓 𝒅𝒆𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒆𝒍𝒚 𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒐𝒘𝒏 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉; 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒅, 𝒘𝒆 𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒅-𝒐𝒏 𝒃𝒚 𝒃𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 𝒇𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝑮𝒐𝒅 𝒊𝒏 𝒑𝒓𝒂𝒚𝒆𝒓. Hezekiah showed us that faith does not mean doing nothing—it means trusting God while taking the right actions according to His Word. We should remember God’s past faithfulness, seek His glory rather than merely our comfort, and remain faithful even when the situation seems impossible.

‎Like David, we all fail and fall into sin. Pride, foolish decisions, and reliance on our own abilities lead us away from God's will. However, God's faithfulness is seen not only in blessing us at our best but also in restoring us at our worst. 𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒘𝒆 𝒔𝒊𝒏, 𝒘𝒆 𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒅 𝒂𝒔 𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝑫𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒅 𝒅𝒊𝒅—𝒃𝒚 𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒍𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒊𝒏, 𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑮𝒐𝒅 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒉𝒖𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑯𝒊𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔.

‎True repentance is more than feeling guilty; it is turning back to God with a sincere heart. Instead of making excuses or blaming others, we should confess our sins and seek His forgiveness. When we genuinely repent, God is faithful to forgive, restore, and use us once again for His glory. His grace is greater than our failures, and His faithfulness remains even when we fall.
