The church members of UCCP Salamague, Lamut, Ifugao came together to celebrate Church Workers’ Sunday and show their appreciation to our church workers. The different CROs gave in-kind gifts and shared heartfelt messages as a way of thanking them for their love, sacrifices, and faithful service to the church.

Adding meaning to the celebration, Mrs. Lily D. Leal shared a meaningful message on “Walking with Jesus: Journeying with the Anawim.” She reminded everyone that walking with Jesus also means walking alongside one another, including our church workers who also face struggles and moments of need. As a community of faith, we are called to support and care for one another because anyone, even those who serve, can also be among the anawim.
