AUGUST 16, 2026 | JUANDAY: JOY IN EVERY HEART, HOPE IN EVERY STEP

Today, we joyfully celebrate the 211th Birthday of St. John Bosco, our Father, Teacher, and Friend of the Young!

Through JUANDAY, we were reminded that Don Bosco’s dream continues whenever young people gather with joyful hearts, walk together in hope, and share their gifts with one another.

Our celebration was filled with:

Lunch Together

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who made this celebration meaningful and joyful!

To the DBYC Core Group and Youth Catechists, thank you for leading and preparing the activity with dedication and love. To all our DBYC Members, Youth Leaders, Young Adult Professionals, and Oratorians, thank you for your support, presence, participation, and joyful spirit!

Special thanks to our feeding volunteers who generously prepared and served the food, to our kind benefactors for their generous support, and to the Salesians of the Don Bosco Calauan Community for their guidance, presence, and continued accompaniment of the youth.

Above all, THANK YOU, LORD, for the gift of St. John Bosco and for bringing our community together in faith, friendship, and joy.

"Hindi lang tayo nagsisilbi sa altar, nagsisilbi tayo kay Kristo."🙏

Buwan na ng mga poging Knights of the Altar! 🤙

Sa bawat paglakad sa altar, bawat pagtunog ng kampana, at bawat simpleng "Amen," ipinapakita ninyo ang isang pusong handang maglingkod.

Maraming salamat sa inyong oras, dedikasyon, at pagmamahal sa Simbahan. Ang inyong paglilingkod ay hindi lang nakikita sa altar, ito rin ay nagiging inspirasyon sa bawat kabataang pinipiling unahin ang Diyos.

Patuloy tayong tumugon sa Kanyang tawag, magsilbi nang may kagalakan, at maging liwanag sa ating komunidad.

Serve with humility. Serve with joy. Serve with love.

July 26, 2026 | DBYC Assembly

What a joyful and meaningful Sunday it was as the Don Bosco Youth Center–Calauan family gathered for our DBYC Assembly, filled with laughter, friendship, and Salesian spirit!

The day became even more memorable as we celebrated the Birthday Bash of our July birthday celebrants. Thank you to everyone who joined the games, bonding activities, and celebration that strengthened our unity as one youth family.

To our July celebrants, may God continue to bless you with good health, wisdom, and hearts that are always ready to serve. May the guidance of St. John Bosco and Mary Help of Christians inspire you to grow in faith, hope, and love.

Let us continue to live out the Salesian spirit by building friendships, serving with joy, and becoming signs and bearers of God's love to others.

JULY 19, 2026 | YOUTH COUNCIL FORMATION SESSION 1

The Don Bosco Youth Center–Calauan Youth Council successfully conducted the first session of its Series of Formation, entitled "Accompanying Young People: Session 1 – Compassionate Presence" facilitated by Ate Vivian.

The formation served as a meaningful opportunity for our youth leaders to deepen their understanding of the Salesian mission of accompanying young people with compassion, empathy, and genuine concern. Through the session, participants were reminded that effective leadership is not only about guiding others but also about being present, listening with an open heart, and walking alongside those entrusted to our care.

Inspired by the example of St. John Bosco, may our Youth Council continue to be a community of servant leaders who bring hope, encouragement, and Christ's love to every young person they encounter.

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to the success of this formation. May this be the first of many enriching sessions that will strengthen our commitment to the Salesian mission.
