In preparation for the sacrament each week, we should take time to examine our lives and repent of our sins. We do not need to be perfect in order to partake of the sacrament, but we should have a spirit of humility and repentance in our hearts. Every week, we should strive to prepare for that sacred ordinance with a broken heart and a contrite spirit.
