To every leader, minister, volunteer, and servant of God who is weary in the battle:
Before you lay down your sword, remember that the war is bigger than your weariness. The enemy does not care how talented you are. He only wants one thing: for you to stop.
Stop praying. Stop serving. Stop believing. Stop building. Stop standing.
The enemy knows that if he can remove the laborer, he can affect the harvest.
You may feel exhausted. You may feel forgotten. You may feel like your labor has produced little fruit. But do not judge God’s work by what your eyes can currently see.
The greatest works of God are often being formed in hidden places 🔥
Do not quit because the burden is heavy. Every generation that changed history carried a burden. Every revival was built on the backs of men and women who refused to stop when it became difficult.
Remember this: there are souls attached to your obedience 🥹
There are people who have not yet encountered Christ because the messenger is still being prepared. There are prodigals who will come home because someone chose to keep praying. There are future preachers, missionaries, church planters, and revivalists who will stand on ground that faithful servants paved with tears, sacrifice, and unwavering devotion.
Hell celebrates every time a servant of God abandons his post, but Heaven searches for men and women who will remain at their assignment when everyone else is looking for an exit.
Stay at your post.
Pray when you feel nothing.
Worship when it costs you something.
Serve when no one applauds.
Obey even when no one understands!
One day, when eternity unveils what your faithfulness accomplished, you will discover that your prayers reached farther than you imagined, your labor touched more lives than you knew, and your obedience impacted generations you never lived long enough to see.
So before you quit, get alone with God one more time because what feels like the end may simply be the place where God is preparing to break through.
The harvest is too great. The hour is too urgent. The calling is too sacred.
Your labor is not in vain, child of God!
