SUNDAY EVENING SERVICE | August 16, 2026

Matthew 5:30 says: "And if your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell."

This Sunday evening, God reached His message of warning towards us, His people, that HELL IS REAL and it is a place of torment, where endless regret and pain will slowly devour mind and body where they will search death but cannot find it.

As children of God, we are called to live righteously and be separated on the principles and ways of this world. We are the hope of our closest friends, families, other relatives, co-workers, classmates, etc.

Make Heaven crowded and leave Hell empty!

2 Timothy 4:2
โ€œPreach the Word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teachingโ€

Godโ€™s not done with you, as long as we are alive, He has best plans prepared for all of us. So brethren, continue to serve God and all of it will be worthwhile.

Prayer is the most powerful weapon in the whole world against monsters! Just what Daniel did when he was thrown in Lionโ€™s Den.

The kids creatively and interactively re-learned about the story of Daniel and how he trusted the Lord and saved him because of his faith.

Psalm 78:4
โ€œWe will not hide these truths from our children; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lordโ€

The God of Daniel is the God these kids and the God of this church and the God of this world.

The church gathered together amidst power outage, choosing to spend it with God. For as it written in the scripture;

Romans 8:17 (NIV)
โ€œNow if we are children, then we are heirsโ€”heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in His sufferings in order that we may also share His gloryโ€

This Sunday taught us about the โ€˜The Things That Hinders Our Spiritual Growthโ€™ and that we should have a spirit of participation and it is Godโ€™s desire for us to live that way.
