Nehemiah is more than a list of names and places. It is a picture of what God's people look like when they are united,committed and working for His glory.
*We are called to prepare our hearts and plans for His works.Participate together,each do our parts. Persevere until the work is finished!
*Today,God is still building His Kingdom and He wants us to be part of it

Give glory for every provision.
When a door open,when someone says yes,when helps arrived,when the need is met-do not take credit. Do not call it luck,do not boast and say"i worked hard for this"say exactly what Nehemiah said"THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE THE GOOD HAND OF MY GOD IS UPON ME"
*Do not run fro the weight of your heart-bow to God,trust Him,and watch His good hands move in your behalf.

A Burden that Changes Us
A Burden that Drives Us to God
*Caring deeply, praying faithfully, and trusting God in hard times. When Nehemiah heard that Jerusalem was broken and the people were suffering, he did not ignore the problem. He cried, fasted, and prayed to God. This shows that a godly heart is moved by the pain of others.
Nehemiah did not depend only on his own strength. He first went to God in prayer. He praised God, confessed the sins of the people, and remembered God’s promises. Even before taking action, Nehemiah trusted that God could restore what was broken.
This passage reminds us that prayer should be our first response, not our last. When we face broken situations in our lives. God invites us to come to Him with humility and faith. God listens to sincere prayers and can use one person with a willing heart to bring change and hope.
