Star of Our Chapter, Refuge of Our Hearts
On this blessed day, the thirty-first of May, when the sun shines bright upon our gathering and the air is filled with hymns of joy and gratitude, we, the members of the Magsaysay Chapter, come together to honor You, our beloved Patroness, the Virgin Mary—Mother of Christ, and Mother of us all.
We chose You as our guide and protector because You are the perfect model of faith, humility, and love. Just as You stood faithfully by the side of Your Son, Jesus, throughout His mission and His suffering, You stand beside us in every step of our journey. When we face challenges, You are our comfort. When we celebrate success, You are the first to share in our joy. When we stray or falter, Your gentle hand leads us back to the path of goodness, truth, and service.
Here in Magsaysay, Your presence is felt in every meeting we hold, every project we undertake, and every act of kindness we offer to our neighbors. You teach us that true strength lies in gentleness, that true greatness is found in service, and that true courage is rooted in trust in God. You are the light that guides our decisions, the bond that strengthens our unity, and the heart that inspires our charity toward the least, the lost, and the lonely.
Today, on this special day, we bring before You not just our prayers, but our very lives and our chapter’s mission. We renew our promise to live according to Your example: to be humble in our service, pure in our intentions, and steadfast in our devotion. May our chapter always be known as a community that reflects Your love—a place where everyone is welcomed, cared for, and led closer to Your Son.
We entrust to You every member of this chapter—past, present, and future. Keep us united in faith and in friendship. Shield us from all harm and evil. And when our work here is done, lead us all to the joy of Your heavenly home, where we may praise God with You forever.
O Virgin Mary, Patroness of Magsaysay Chapter, we honor You, we love You, and we place our chapter entirely under Your mantle, now and always.
Amen.
