๐ ๐ฎ๐ถ๐๐๐บ, ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ โ The Mindanao Archdiocese held its Mid-Year Archdiocesan General Assembly 2026 on the evening of July 31, gathering 40 participants composed of representatives from the Maitum, New La Union, Maguling, Magsaysay, Lambayong, Lampari, and Laguilayan Chapters, District 4 members, and clergies.
The gathering commenced with a heartwarming surprise as members and clergies serenaded COL Archdiocesan President Mr. Jorgerito A. Duclayan with the birthday song "Pada-Pada." The gesture set a joyful and welcoming atmosphere before the formal proceedings of the assembly.
The meeting covered several agenda items, including reports from the Provincial Treasurer, CKF, and the Mula sa Puso Program. Updates were also presented on the Mutual Funds Policy and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), the Chapter Public Relations Office (CHAPRO), plans for the Christmas Celebration 2026, the Ina CVM Birthday (Fiesta), and reports from the Chapter President.
Departmental concerns were likewise discussed, with updates from the PTSC, Women's Sorority, White Lady, CKF, Honor Guard, CMRC, CMM, ANAC, COL, and AMA. The participants also deliberated on the proposed venue for the next Provincial Meeting.
The assembly concluded with a spiritual message from Msgr. Edgardo Buscaino, who reminded the members to remain steadfast in following the guidance of the Holy Spirit. "Sundin at gawin natin ang mga alituntunin ng Espiritu Santo dahil ito ang ating doktrina."
The Mid-Year Archdiocesan Assembly served as an avenue for leaders and members to present organizational updates, discuss upcoming programs and activities, address departmental concerns, and reaffirm their commitment to the mission and teachings of AMA RSM.
