HAPPY SABBATH!β¨
Lately, Iβve been reflecting on this βBe who God wants you to be, not what others want to see.β
It hits deep, doesnβt it?
Iβve spent a lot of time trying to meet everyoneβs expectations, trying to please people, fit into molds, and live up to standards that were never mine to carryβang hirap pala e maintain ang ganun. I thought if I looked good on the outside, Iβd finally feel peace on the inside. But the more I tried to live by other peopleβs approval, the more I lost sight of who I really am and more importantly, who God created me to be.
Maybe youβve felt that too. Maybe youβve been caught between who you are and who the world says you should be. If youβre tired of pretending, if you feel the weight of expectations pressing on your chest, take a deep breath with me right now. I want you to know na that hindi ka nag iisa.
You were made for more than performance.
You were made with purpose.
God didnβt design you to be a copy of anyone else. He lovingly crafted your personality, your quirks, your dreams, and even your struggles for His divine purpose. The world might look at you and see imperfections, but God sees intention. He sees beauty in your becoming.
This journey of being who God wants us to be itβs not always easy. It takes surrender. It takes faith. And sometimes, it takes letting go of peopleβs opinions to truly walk in Godβs plan. But let me tell you something Iβve learned that there is freedom in authenticity. There is power in obedience. And there is joy in becoming the person God designed you to be.
So, if today youβre feeling torn, pressured, or not βenoughβ, remind yourself of this, "You donβt need to impress others" and "You need only to follow Him."
Letβs keep growing together, step by step, day by day. Letβs choose to live not for applause, but for the quiet βwell doneβ of our Creator. Thatβs the kind of life that brings peace and fulfillment.
Iβm praying for you always, and I believe in the beautiful, God-honoring life you are stepping into. Keep going. Stay grounded. Be who God wants you to be not what others wants you to be.
I hope this message reaches you at just the right moment when your heart needs a gentle reminder, and your spirit needs a spark of courage. β¨
