​On this Solemnity of the Epiphany of the Lord, we reflect on the journey of the Magi-men who traveled from afar, guided by a single star, to find the Savior. Their arrival signifies that Christ came for all people, in every nation and every walk of life.

​Just as they offered their treasures, let us take a moment today to offer our own lives, our work, and our prayers to Him. May the light that guided the Wise Men continue to lead us toward peace and grace throughout the coming year.

Today, we celebrate the Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God. This feast day, observed on the first day of the year, honors Mary’s unique role in the history of salvation and her profound "yes" to God’s plan.

​As we begin this new year, we look to her example of faith, humility, and maternal care. May we seek her intercession for a year filled with peace, hope, and grace for our families and the entire world.

From December 25–29, our altar servers took on a special mission. Serving the Lord not just at the altar, but by visiting every home with humility and joy. Through prayer, presence, and the heartfelt greeting of Pax Tecum, we shared Christ’s peace and love with families and communities in simple, meaningful ways.

Each home we enter reminds us that our service doesn’t stop at church, it continues wherever faith, hope, and love are welcomed. May the peace of the Lord fill every home and every heart we touch.

At the very heart of this season is not the sparkle of lights, the exchange of gifts, nor the celebration itselfβ€”but a Child, born in humility and love. In a quiet manger, the Child Jesus entered the world, not with power or riches, but with a promise of hope, peace, and salvation for all.

The birth of Baby Jesus reminds us that God chose simplicity to reveal His greatest love. A tiny Child became our Savior, teaching us that true greatness is found in humility, service, and unconditional love. This Christmas, we are called to pause, to look beyond the noise, and to center our hearts on Him who is the reason for our joy.

May the light that shone in Bethlehem continue to shine in our lives, guiding us to love more deeply, forgive more freely, and serve more faithfully. As we celebrate Christmas, may we welcome the Child Jesus into our hearts, our homes, and our livesβ€”today and always.
