COMMISSIONING OF THE DIOCESAN YOUTH MINISTRY of the Diocese of Kidapawan by Most Rev. Jose Colin M. Bagaforo, DD during the 1st Patronal Fiesta as Quasi-Parish of San Jose, Bagontapay.

The commissioning happened after more than 7 months since the selection of the new set of DYM Officers during the Diocesan Young Leader's Congress. Rev. Fr. April Jay Puertogalera, DCK, the parish priest of Sta. Catalina de Alexandria Parish, President Roxas as well as the Diocesan Youth Director presented the DYM Officers to the Local Ordinary. The DYM officers are young leaders coming from the different parishes of the Diocese who wholeheartedly accepted the challenge to passionately serve the Youth of Christ within the entire Diocese.

This commissioning moment truly embarks a new yet meaningful journey for the young leaders. And through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, may the Lord's will for the youth be done!🙏💪

It's the Youth Encounter (YE) Heads Gathering. Attended by the YE Heads of the parishes of the Diocese of Kidapawan held on February 24-25, 2024 at Sto. Niño de Cebu Parish, Makilala, North Cotabato.

The said activity aimed to inspirit the YE facilitators in our Diocese as we relaunch the Youth Encounter seminar. We believe that it is one of the ways in drawing the young people to actively participate in the life, mission, and work of our Catholic faith, empowering them to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our world today.
