Praise God for another meaningful Midweek Prayer Meeting! ๐ Weโve learned about ๐๐๐๐ง๐๐๐จ๐๐ก๐๐ฆ๐ฆ from 1 Thessalonians 3:1โ13 and how Paul showed genuine care for the Thessalonians even when they were separated from one another.
One thing that stood out is that faithfulness is not simply about staying strong alone, but about depending on God and allowing others to walk with us in faith.
๐ง๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ง๐๐๐๐๐ช๐๐ฌ๐ฆ:
1. Being alone is never a healthy choice but only an option for a strategic sacrifice.
Isolation is not the answer when we are struggling. We need people who can pray with us, encourage us, correct us, and remind us of Godโs Word. Yet, like Paul, there are times when separation can be a sacrifice for a greater purpose.
2. We need to be willing to talk about the hard things that are happening in our lives.
Sometimes we easily say, โIโm okay,โ even when we are struggling. But people cannot help with what they donโt know. We need to be honest enough to say, โIโm struggling. I need someone to pray with me.โ
3. Growing in faith is being dependent on God.
We cannot rely only on our own strength to remain faithful. We get tired, weak, and discouraged. But God gives us the grace and strength we need to continue standing in faith.
Faithfulness is not about being strong all the time. Itโs about continually depending on a faithful God. ๐ค
May we continue to care for one another, remain faithful in every season, and depend completely on God.
To God be all the glory! ๐โจ
