In a world where depression, confusion, and identity crisis are so common among the youth, it is crucial to have spiritual parents and mentors who will guide them into a deeper relationship with God. Young people donโt just need events, they need discipleship. They need leaders who are intentional, prayerful, and committed to helping them stay connected to their calling. Most importantly, they need guidance to help them maintain the fire that urge them to pursue godliness and purity. A fire that delivers this generation from every inequities of unforgiveness, hatred, addiction, po*******hy, and all ungodly lifestyle.
๐ฅ Afternoon Session: FIRE
Speaker: Rev. Joel Acaso
The atmosphere shifted in the afternoon session as Rev. Joel Acaso delivered a burning message about what it truly means to carry the FIRE of God.
โFire is not just about crying at the altarโฆ itโs about dying to self.โ
Rev. Acaso reminded us that spiritual fire isnโt just an emotional moment. Itโs not limited to tears or temporary passion. Fire begins when we surrender ourselves daily. When we deny our flesh, our selfish desires, and choose to live a life of obedience and sacrifice, thatโs where true fire begins to burn.
He powerfully declared:
1. "God stirs your hunger at the altar, but thatโs just the beginning."
2. "Fire is about dying to self. Itโs when you choose to say โnoโ to what your flesh wants, and โyesโ to what the Spirit desires."
3. "There is no fire without sacrifice. And there can be no sacrifice unless something dies."
4. "You want the fire? Then go home and die daily at the altar."
Itโs a call to daily death to self, a consistent surrender that fuels a life on fire for God.
To God be all the glory!๐ฅ
