Kailan ka huling nagbasa ng Word not to prepare a message but to be fed?

Here are some hard but honest questions:

• Nagse-serve ba ako dahil overflow ako o dahil ayokong mapansin na wala akong ginagawa?
• Mas excited ba ako sa platform kaysa sa prayer room?
• Kapag walang nakakakita, same pa rin ba ang passion ko?
• Kapag walang appreciation, tuloy pa rin ba ang obedience ko?

Realization:
Kapag devotion ang nawala, validation ang hinahanap.
Kapag intimacy ang kulang, applause ang nagiging fuel.
Kapag private altar ang malamig, public ministry ang nagiging mabigat.

Hindi masama ang mag-serve. Calling ‘yan.
Pero ang service ay bunga, hindi ugat.
Ang ugat ay devotion.

Sabi sa 1 Samuel 16:7,
“Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”

God is not after how visible you are.
He’s after how surrendered you are.

So bago tsyo tumayo sa harap,
lumuhod muna tayo sa lihim.
Bago tayo magsalita sa tao,
makinig muna tayo sa Diyos.

Because performance can fill a schedule.
But only devotion can sustain a calling.

Sometimes life is confusing.
Decisions feel heavy.
Paths seem unclear.

We try to figure things out on our own, rushing, planning, and worrying…

But God’s timing and direction are not always obvious. That is why prayer is not just a ritual.
Prayer is a conversation, a waiting, a listening.
It is the space where your heart aligns with His.

Pray until the Spirit makes it clear.
Pray until the noise in your mind fades.
Pray until you sense peace, conviction, or a word from God that cannot be ignored.

“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”
Ephesians 6:18

Do not rush clarity.
Do not settle for quick answers that feel convenient.
God speaks in His timing, in His way, and often in ways we would not expect.

Your breakthrough, your next step, your decision, and your path will be revealed as you remain persistent in prayer.

Trust the Spirit to guide you.
Trust the Spirit to illuminate what your eyes cannot yet see.

Pray until the Spirit makes it clear, because God never leaves His children wandering in confusion when they are willing to seek His voice…❤️‍🔥

So often we feel inadequate…

We look at the task ahead and see our weaknesses, our fears, and our lack of experience.
We compare ourselves to others and wonder why God would even consider us.

But God does not call the equipped.
He equips the called.

Obedience does not start with confidence.
It starts with a willing heart.
It starts with saying yes, even when you feel small, unready, or unworthy.

When we wait to feel qualified, we miss the opportunity to see God’s power in action.
When we trust in our own abilities first, we carry the burden alone.
But when we trust Him, His strength becomes ours.

“Not that we are sufficient in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency is from God.”
2 Corinthians 3:5

God’s call is not about your perfection.
It is about your availability.
It is about your willingness to step out in faith and let Him do the work through you.

Sometimes obedience will stretch you.
Sometimes it will scare you.
Sometimes it will feel impossible.

But every step of faithful obedience, even when you don’t feel qualified, is a step where God’s glory shines.
He does not need you to be ready.
He only needs you to be willing. ❤️‍🔥

Leadership is not about position, title, or recognition.
It is about responsibility, influence, and the people God places in your care…

A true leader does not lift themselves up.
They lift others.

They guide, protect, encourage, and empower.
They celebrate victories that are not theirs alone and stand firm when others struggle.

Serving is the heart of leadership.
It means putting others before your own comfort, listening before speaking, giving before taking.
It means making decisions that benefit the many,
even when it costs you personally. It means being present in the quiet, unseen moments where growth happens slowly and patience is required…

Many leaders chase influence, recognition, or power.
They forget that the mark of true leadership is measured not by how far they rise, but by how far they help others rise with them.

“But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be slave of all.”
Mark 10:43-44

Leadership is not easy.
It is inconvenient. It is sacrificial. It is often lonely.
But it is also transformative.
Because the leader who serves with humility leaves a legacy far greater than any title or crown.

Every decision to serve, every act of patience, every moment you choose others over self, is planting seeds that will grow long after your name is forgotten.
True leadership is influence rooted in love, obedience, and faithfulness to God.

So if you are called to lead, do not aim to be the one in the spotlight. Aim to be the one who lifts, empowers, and inspires others to rise.

Your service is the true measure of your leadership. ❤️‍🔥

“Families in Every Generation: Overcoming Challenges,” reminds us that no family is perfect. Every generation faces different struggles—misunderstandings, trials, changes, and unexpected storms. But what makes a family strong is not the absence of problems, but the presence of God in the middle of it all.

A strong family chooses to pray instead of giving up, to forgive instead of holding grudges, and to stay united despite differences. Faith becomes the foundation, love becomes the bridge, and God becomes the center.

As we gather in His house today, we are reminded that overcoming challenges is possible when we face them together. With God leading every generation, our family can stand firm, grow deeper, and become stronger through every season. 🤍✨

New month. New grace. Same faithful God.

As March begins, we step forward with renewed hope, deeper trust, and confidence in His perfect plans.

Even when we don’t fully understand the journey, we choose to believe that God is working in every detail—behind the scenes, in the waiting, and in the breakthroughs.

This month is another opportunity to grow in faith, walk in obedience, and witness His goodness in ways we never expected.

Let’s declare it now:

March will be God-centered 🙇🏻‍♂️🙌🏼
