As Altar Servers, cleaning the church is part of our service to God. We do not only serve at the altar during the Mass, but also take part in caring for His holy dwelling. In every act of sweeping, wiping, and arranging, we offer our time and strength as a sign of gratitude and reverence for the presence of the Lord. May this work remind us that just as we clean the church, we must also cleanse our hearts—remaining humble, obedient, and faithful in our duty as servants of the altar.
