Lord, I am deeply exhausted, carrying the heavy burden of life’s daily demands across my body, mind, and heart. I turn to You now, holding onto Your promise of rest for all who are weary. Teach me to slow down, step back from the rush, and depend completely on Your strength. Rebuild my energy and let the warmth of Your presence revive my soul. Grant me true rest, not merely through physical sleep, but found deeply inside Your unconditional love. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Teach us to surrender the things we cannot control and trust that You are actively working behind the scenes for our ultimate good. Draw us near and comfort us whenever we feel overwhelmed or afraid.
