The Resurrection of Jesus Christ
The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of the Christian faith. It refers to His rising from the dead on the third day after His crucifixion, as recorded in the Gospels (Matthew 28, Mark 16, Luke 24, John 20).

📖 1. The Reality of the Resurrection
After being crucified and buried, Jesus physically rose again. The tomb was empty, and many witnesses saw Him alive.
“He is not here: for he is risen, as he said…” (Matthew 28:6)
Witnesses included the women at the tomb, the disciples, and over 500 people (1 Corinthians 15:6).

2. The Power of the Resurrection
The resurrection proves:
Victory over sin and death (Romans 6:9)
Jesus is the Son of God (Romans 1:4)
Our justification before God (Romans 4:25)
Without the resurrection, faith would be empty (1 Corinthians 15:17).

3. The Promise of the Resurrection
Because Jesus rose again, believers have hope:
New Life Now – A transformed life in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17)
Future Resurrection – Eternal life with Him (John 11:25)
Jesus said, “I am the resurrection, and the life…”
4. The Response to the Resurrection
The resurrection calls for a response:
Believe in Him (Acts 16:31)
Repent and follow Him (Luke 24:46–47)
Live a victorious Christian life (Romans 6:4)

The resurrection of Jesus Christ is not just an event—it is a living truth that gives hope, power, and purpose. Because He lives, we can face tomorrow.
