Early mornings can be hard but seminary makes them worth it. 🤍✨

Beyond the lessons and scriptures, seminary becomes a place where friendships grow, testimonies deepen, and youth learn to keep Christ at the center of their lives.

It’s not about being perfect, it’s about showing up, learning little by little, and growing closer to the Savior together.

Life really is better with seminary!

🎬 Real Work, Real Stories — Episode 1

Every career looks different behind the scenes.

For our very first episode, we asked people from different professions : What do you do and what does a normal day really look like? 👀

Not the polished version. Not the job title on paper. But the real day-to-day experiences, challenges, routines, and moments that make their work meaningful.

Sometimes we only see the finished result, but every career has a story behind it and we hope these stories help inspire, guide, and encourage others who are still figuring out their own path. 🤍

Different paths. Different careers. Real experiences. ✨

Sometimes life asks us to move forward even when we feel unsure, afraid, or unprepared.

But the Lord’s reminder to Joshua is also a reminder for us today: Be strong and of a good courage. 🤍

You may not know exactly what lies ahead, but God does. He walks before you, beside you, and behind you.

So keep going. Keep trusting. Keep believing that with the Lord, you are stronger than you think. ✨

Sister Erlyn M. Solidum has been called to serve as a full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Philippines Tacloban Mission.

She was officially set apart on May 20, 2026 by President Elvin Villanueva, and will enter the Missionary Training Center on May 22, 2026, to begin this sacred journey of faith, love, and service.

“And now, as ye are desirous to come into the fold of God, and to be called his people, and are willing to bear one another’s burdens, that they may be light;
Yea, and are willing to mourn with those that mourn; yea, and comfort those that stand in need of comfort…” — Mosiah 18:9

Sister Solidum shares her testimony:

“I know missionary work is a powerful tool that can help us overcome any adversity in life. By serving Him, we can feel His love through the people we serve. I have witnessed countless miracles that have changed my life and given me a new perspective on my relationship with Him. Serving my fellow beings is a priceless gift that I can offer to Him.”

We are grateful for her willingness to serve the Lord and share the gospel of Jesus Christ. May Heavenly Father guide and strengthen her throughout her missionary service.

Real work. Real stories. Real people. ✨

Behind every career is a journey filled with lessons, struggles, growth, and purpose — and we want to hear those stories.

This upcoming series will feature honest and unfiltered experiences from people in different careers and walks of life. No perfect scripts, just real people sharing what they’ve learned along the way.

Whether you’re still figuring things out, choosing a path, or simply looking for inspiration, we hope these stories remind you that everyone’s journey looks different and that’s okay. 🤍

Let’s come together and make a difference through service!

This May 30, Kalibo Stake will be holding a Brigada Eskwela Community Service Activity across different schools in Aklan.

Simple acts of service — cleaning classrooms, helping prepare schools, showing kindness though may seem small, but they can bless many lives.

As taught in Book of Mormon Mosiah 2:17:
“When ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God.”

We invite everyone to join and be part of this meaningful day of helping and serving together. ✨

Stay tuned for more updates!

Loving God isn’t just something we say, it’s something we try to live every day.

With our hearts, through our choices.
With our souls, through our faith.
With our strength, through the way we serve and endure.

The Lord doesn’t ask for perfection overnight. He simply asks us to keep turning our hearts toward Him.

And as we do, little by little, He changes us. ✨

Something beautiful is unfolding in Guinbaliwan

With grateful hearts and great anticipation, we joyfully share that Guinbaliwan Branch will be organized soon. ✨

A reminder that the Lord’s work continues to move forward, reaching individuals and families one by one. Every prayer, every act of faith, every sacrifice, and every effort to gather people unto Christ matters.

As taught in Doctrine and Covenants 18:10:
“Remember the worth of souls is great in the sight of God.”

We are excited for the wonderful things ahead for the members and families in Guinbaliwan. May this new chapter bring even more opportunities to strengthen faith, build unity, and help others come closer to Jesus Christ.

Sometimes, the Lord brings us back to Him in quiet and unexpected ways.

Today, we feature the inspiring testimony of Sister Jaslyn Rose from Balete Branch — a story of faith, loss, healing, and finding strength again through Jesus Christ and His Church.

We invite you to read her testimony below. Her testimony is a beautiful reminder that even through grief and difficult seasons, Heavenly Father never forgets us. Sometimes He sends people, experiences, and small moments of love to help us find our way back home.

Thank you for your faith and example, Sister Jaslyn. Your story will inspire many others to keep holding on to Christ. ✨
